VOIP? voice over internet protocol
what's that you ask?
very simple- I receive your call and I can call anywhere in the U.S. Canada and the
Middle East for a very cheap lump sum a month. Plus as you can see I now have a 866 number so you can call me toll free
from anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
How does it work?
I hook up the box I recveived to my broadband adsl connector-(I have an adsl router). I hooked
up my phone to the box and VOILA
I am now talking to you through my internet.
there are some down sides but all in all I am very satsfied. I have added two articles pro and con so you can judge
for yourself.
