The Topic was "Ethics and e-commerce".
The institute was interested in finding out how,
ethical people are online, especially when they are buying/selling online.
Guest speakers were-
Dr.A Sadeh-Was the mediator on behalf of HIT and he presented his survey of ethics on e-commerce sites
Dr.A.Adam-researcher of ethics in business.
Lawyer A.Aylon specializes in Internet fraud and misuse.
and I gave a presentation of Smmol-running an e-commerce site b2b (business to business)
Each speaker gave a 30-45 minute presentation with a panel discussion afterwards.
I was a very interesting seminar with plenty of new and relevant information changing hands.
The crowd was composed mainly of HIT students, although there were a few internet companies also.
During my presentation I showed our brand new desert pea pot plant and awarded the plant to the person who during the
panel discussion will ask the most interesting question.
It must have worked since there were plenty of questions asked.
