announced a merge.

The Auctions are owned by the Dutch growers.
This is mega-business.With Mega implementations.
Now the growers have to decide if they want this.The Dutch ministry of commerce has to decide
if this is going to be a monopoly of a sort or is it a viable business according to dutch standards.
The whole process is complex and really all very complicated. We who are not members of these organizations have been
asked to fill out all these papers so Dutch goverment can asses the Merge.
