THE PRODUCT
Q: How do we know the flowers are fresh?
A: To the U.S. actually the flowers ordered from us are fresher than what you buy from the
wholesaler here's why:
Your order placed by 1200 PM is actually processed at 1900 local time. That is because there is a 7 hour time difference.
We ship it out at 0600 our time the next day and its on the plane to the USA by 2300. It is in New York in our cooling
facilities by 0800. That's a day and a half after you placed the Order. Fed-Ex overnight service will have it at your store
the next day.
The flowers you buy from the wholesaler may have been traveling for more than 3 days -- you never really can tell.
WE PICK FOR YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER COMES IN
A: In the Middle East we can have the flowers at your depot withIn 2-3 days. Remember
flowers you buy from Holland are not always Dutch. So they may be 5-7 days old since the Dutch buy flowers
from all over the world.
Q: Are there certain techniques you use to keep the flowers fresh?
A: Of course. For each flower and even for different varieties we have developed post harvest treatment.
We also know what you should do as soon as the flowers arrive at your shop. Work with us and we will gladly share with you
our knowledge.
Q: We would like to order an assortment in one carton?
A: We Call it combo. A few of our customers have asked to have different assortments
in one box,however since we are the growers and we ship directly from our farms, we can only supply combo's that are from
the same farm.
Q: Do you have more types of flowers?
A: We update our site weekly. So usually what we have is on-line. However there is always something
"almost ready" so if it is something specific you are looking for ask us or contact us.
